Albert Einstein is said to have noted, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
The results of the 2018 mid-term election unmistakably revealed that Republicans must learn to win the messaging war by doing things differently. Simply put, the Conservative message of individual liberty, rule of law, limited power of government and free markets will continue to fall on deaf ears until Republicans improve their tone and modify their language. Conservative message is not the problem. The problem is with articulating the message in ways that resonate with people. Moreover, Conservatives have no response when the “race card” is played against them, that is, until now.
I was never happy with being called an “Uncle Tom and sellout. Coupled with my own experiences and feedback from thousands of Conservatives, I set out to design a diversity engagement and messaging strategy that enables freedom activists to trump the race card and experience enjoyable Thanksgiving dinners again─the Frederick Douglass Republican (FDR) Engagement Strategy™. Based on the diversity outreach strategy of the Apostle Paul and the life and writings of Frederick Douglass, for more than a decade, the FDR Engagement Strategy™ has established a very solid track record of success. We have trained and coached thousands of Conservatives in our proprietary engagement strategy.
